"Welcome to The Hive…."

Dallen Stanford and Robin MacDowell of The Rugby Hive are pleased to announce an all-new, legend-packed Season 2 of their international podcast which will be dropping in May 2021!

Available on all streaming platforms, tune in as these two former 7s players talk to legends of yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

Season 2 promises to be as entertaining as Charlie Sheen on a night out, with the hosts bantering up a storm with a new A-List of rugby royalty from around the world.

Previous guests have included Rugby World Cup winners Joel Stransky (Springboks 1995), Bryan Habana (Springboks 2007), Nolli Waterman (England 2014) plus Rugby World Cup finalists Frank Bunce (All Blacks 1995), most capped USA Eagle of all-time Todd Clever and three-time Premiership Rugby winner with Saracens, Chris Wyles.

In the world of Sevens, the list is equally as impressive: Gold medalist Olympian, captain, and two-time World Sevens Series winner Osea Kolinisau (Fiji 2016), Bronze medalist Olympian Kayla Moleschi (Canada), four-time World Sevens Series winner Karl Tenana (All Black 7s), World Sevens Series top points scorer Ben Gollings (England), World Sevens Series top 10 try scorer Santiago Gomez-Cora (Argentina), World Sevens Series winner Frankie Horne (South Africa), plus sensations Alev Kelter (USA), Tiana Penitani (Australia), Nate Hirayama (Canada) and Mark Robertson (Scotland).

On the coaching front, features have included USA (Mike Friday, Chris Brown, Gary Gold), Canada (Henry Paul, John Tait), Brazil (Aristide Guerriero, Reuben Samuel), New Zealand (Clark Laidlaw), Australia (Andy Friend) and Japan (Lesley McKenzie).

Stanford, a World Rugby and Major League Rugby commentator, brings his ridiculous one-liners, with International 7s Coach MacDowell always ready to pass back a few of his own.

Following on their successful first season, where the Rugby Hive was rated number 1 in several countries during the various episode releases, Stanford and MacDowell are excited to launch their brand-new website and several major partners that will be involved in 2021!

This will be the permanent home for their Rugby Hive podcasts and news, as well as the Legends of Tomorrow Spotlight pieces written by the sleek sensation that is Karen Gasbarino.
